Mark is a Partner in FSA’s Audit Division, with over two decades of experience spanning auditing, banking, and corporate finance within both local and international accounting and financial services firms. Leveraging his deep expertise, Mark specialises in auditing clients across a broad range of industries, assisting them with regulatory compliance and financial reporting obligations. His audit experience includes listed public companies, large private enterprises, family-owned businesses, not-for-profit organisations, real estate and solicitor’s trust account audits, agreed-upon procedures, special investigations, and due diligence engagements. As an audit and assurance specialist, Mark plays a critical role in assessing the accuracy and reliability of financial reports. He is highly proficient in interpreting accounting standards and providing practical, tailored solutions to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
