Hannah is the backbone of client service at FSA, ensuring that every client interaction is seamless and that internal processes run efficiently. As Client Service Director, she oversees workflow management, keeps compliance work on track, and ensures that all client matters are handled promptly and professionally.
With a strong focus on building relationships, Hannah is committed to providing a positive experience for clients and fostering a supportive workplace culture. She works closely with the team to streamline administrative processes, manage ATO and ASIC obligations, and maintain clear communication with both clients and staff.
Beyond client service, Hannah plays a key role in mentoring junior staff, refining internal procedures, and supporting firm-wide improvements. She is proactive in identifying ways to enhance efficiency, ensuring that FSA continues to provide high-quality service while maintaining a strong, collaborative work environment.
