As FSA’s Corporate Tax Director, Jo-Ann works closely with our Partners with corporate tax and business advisory matters. Over the last few years, Jo-Ann has been very fortunate to receive mentoring from one of Australia’s leading taxation advisors as part of FSA’s commitment to continuing professional development. This mentorship, in addition to her exposure to our large private clients, has enabled her to build an exceptional skillset, including:

  • Small business capital gains tax concessions
  • Capital gains tax rollovers, including Division 615, Subdivision 122-A and B and Subdivision 124-N
